The following Authority to Commit is provided by the CCLS Executive in order that the expenditure of CCLS is regulated. This authority applies to purchases of goods and services, lease agreements, hiring of staff and expense account approval. Any consultant service contract over $2,500 will be subject to a competitive process requiring a minimum of two proposals. The expenditures must be within established budgets. Capital expenditures must be separate.
